All sales are final. There are no returns. There are no guarantees. There are no warranties.The seller and all parties involved in supplying or advertising the masks accept no liability in any way possible arising from the sale or use of the masks and in any event the law governing the contract is British Columbia and the damages are limited to $0.10.

Why no guarantees, warranties or returns?

 A significant portion of the sale price will be donated to a registered charity. Face masks are sold to us as one-size-fits-all but we haven’t tested all people so we make no such claim. The idea behind the masks is to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 but we don’t know if they are effective or how effective they may be. After they have been touched, we won’t accept their return for sanitary reasons. We are selling them at about the price we’re paying for them and shipping is included.

We hope to ship them within 2 weeks of ordering but it could take longer depending on when our supplier gets them to us. So even a shipping date we can’t guarantee.

We will, however, do our very best to ship your order as quickly as we can because we care deeply for you.
